Each oil has its own unique characteristics and all the purity of the water that springs from sources located in our plots.

Extra-virgin olive oil made from a blend of frantoio, leccino, piantone and raggia varietals.Fruity taste, slightly sweet with low acidity.
Extra-virgin monovarietal olive oil made from “Sargana” olives.Balanced fruit taste, slightly sweet, rich in polyphenols and chlorophylls with low acidity.
Monovarietal extra-virgin olive oil made with “Frantoio” olives. The clear taste of the olive, fresh grass, artichoke, with a pungent and vegetal tone.
